Phande - Nagrand at Night

So, I'm working on backgrounds and lighting again. This would be one of my World of Warcraft characters, Phande the undead priest. She's supposed to be healing in Nagrand, which is absolutely gorgeous at night... But I didn't get the ambiance quite right.

Any thoughts on improving the background or coloring in general are more than welcome.
